We’re currently looking for a Senior Network & Telecommunications Engineer to join a large enterprise setting on an urgent day-rate contract.

This is a hands-on role working across Cisco Meraki, Cisco Switching & Wireless, Webex Calling and Meraki MV CCTV, with a mix of BAU support and project work.

What you’ll be doing:
Design, deploy and support Cisco Meraki switching, Wi-Fi, CCTV and VPN environments
Support Webex Calling, SIP, dial plans and enterprise telephony
Troubleshoot network, voice and connectivity issues
Lead incident management, RCA and continuous improvement
Complete infrastructure audits and maintain technical documentation
Work across multiple BAU and project priorities

What we’re looking for:




Solid hands-on Cisco Meraki experience in a large/multi-site environment
Solid Cisco networking experience across switching and wireless
Strong Webex Calling / Cisco Collaboration experience
Experience with SIP trunks, dial plans and voice gateways
CCNP/CCIE and/or Meraki certifications highly regarded
Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced enterprise setting
