In this role, you will assist with the installing of equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and customer requirements. Assemble a range of products used in hospital and rehab. You will also be supporting effective operations within the manufacturing team with cutting, drilling and polishing of materials while following up-to-date WHS policies.
Role Title: Factory Hand/Assembler

Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent
Reporting: Operations Manager
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a fast-paced factory preferred but not essential
Previous experience in working on building sites
Physically fit and able to carry heavy items and follow correct manual handling procedures
Approachable, friendly to colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
Solid organisation skills and ability to effectively multi-task
White card license required
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain an organised factory and clean products at times
Attend site and sign in as per builders’ requirements
Report to management and advise accordingly with updates
Instalment of equipment in accordance with customer requirements
Ensure work is up to Aidacare and customer safety standards and operating procedures
