About the role

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys a rapid pace, knows how to drive results and can bring out the best in their team.

You’ll take ownership of:
Leading, coaching and motivating the store team
Driving sales, conversion and store KPIs
Creating energy on the shop floor and leading by example
Building relationships with new and returning customers
Managing rosters, stock, visual merchandising and daily operations




Developing your team through regular feedback and training
Keeping the store sharp, well stocked and ready for busy trade

Skills and Experiences:
About you

You’ll bring:
Retail management experience, ideally in fashion, menswear or outlet retail
A robust sales record and confidence working towards targets
The ability to coach, motivate and hold a team accountable
A commercial mindset and robust operational skills
A genuine interest in styling and customer service
The energy to thrive in a busy outlet environment
