As our daily service grows and our catering operations expand, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Cook to join our kitchen crew and help us keep the momentum going.

The Role We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Cook with a genuine "can-do" attitude to work directly under our Head Chef. In this role, your schedule will be built around the Chef's hours to ensure the kitchen is fully supported when it matters most. You will provide crucial prep assistance during the day and jump right into the action to drive our busy dinner services. Because we are a growing and dynamic venue, you will need a strong willingness to adapt to recent specials, changing volumes, and shifting prep requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Prep & Support: Provide key daily prep assistance, ensuring the kitchen is fully stocked and organised for service.
Dinner Service Execution: Work seamlessly alongside the Chef during busy Wednesday–Sunday dinner services,



cooking and plating with consistency and speed.
Adaptability: Follow the Chef's lead and adapt quickly to shifting daily priorities, whether it's a weekend rush or prepping for catering orders.
Station Management: Maintain a clean, highly efficient workspace, strictly adhering to all food handling, sanitation, and central kitchen standards.
Team Collaboration: Bring positive energy to the kitchen and communicate effectively to keep ticket times low and quality high.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: Proven commercial kitchen experience is required (Prep Cook, Line Cook, or similar role).
Availability (Non-Negotiable): You must be available to work weekends and evening dinner services. Our current trade is Wednesday through Sunday.
Attitude: A fiercely positive mentality. You take direction well, support your Chef, and bring good vibes to the kitchen.
Pace: Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-casual dining environment without compromising on quality.

Pay: $26.00 – $40.00 per hour
