Role Overview
Reo Group is partnering with a specialist insurance business to recruit a Claims Operations Lead on a fixed-term basis. You will lead the end-to-end implementation of a recent claims management system, taking a hands-on role across system design, testing, and rollout whilst working closely with internal claims and technology stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new claims management system across the business.
Drive system design, configuration, user testing, and rollout in a structured and pragmatic manner.
Work closely with internal claims, operations,
and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across the implementation programme.
Support change management and training to embed the new system effectively across the claims function.
Candidate Profile
Solid end-to-end claims experience within a general insurance environment.
Proven track record delivering claims system transformation or technology implementation projects.
Pragmatic and hands-on, with the ability to operate across both strategic and operational levels.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
