We are seeking a tech-loving, people-oriented Retail Sales & Audio Specialist to be the face of our showroom. This dynamic role perfectly blends retail sales, technical product advice, customer service, and installation coordination. If you love premium AV tech and thriving in a hands-on setting, you will fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Advisory: Guide customers in-store with expert product advice across home HiFi, home theatre, and smart home automation.
Sales & Bookings: Process sales, provide professional quotes, and manage bookings for our installation work.
End-to-End Support: Support customers through their entire journey, from the first conversation to the final handover.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our home AV installers and technicians to ensure a seamless experience.
Store Standards: Maintain showroom presentation, premium product displays, and stock organization.
What We're Looking For
Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience (electronics or audio retail is highly desirable).
Tech Passion:
A genuine interest in Audio Visual tech and home entertainment, with an eagerness to learn technical specs.
Communication: Robust interpersonal skills to engage confidently with clients.
Operations: Solid computer skills (POS systems), numeracy, and sharp attention to detail for stock/transactions.
Availability: Reliability to work retail hours, including mandatory weekend shifts.
Physical & Logistics: Physical capability to lift/carry stock safely and a current driver’s licence (essential).
