Blended Care Australia is looking for motivated, reliable and fun people to join our team of dedicated support workers and make a real difference in the diverse community around us. We have an immediate need for staff to work with both children and adults across flexible shifts, both short and long, making this a valuable fit for anyone working around other commitments, with the potential for more work in surrounding suburbs. Each shift involves providing hands-on, caring support to clients of all ages as part of a friendly, collaborative team. An immediate start is available.

The role may include but not limited to:
Working independently within your local community, within close proximity to your home.
Assistance with personal care tasks including showering.
Light domestic tasks including assistance with cleaning and cooking where needed
Community access including recreational activities,



shopping and transport assistance.

NDIS Workers Check
Working With Children’s Check
Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
You possess sound written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible schedule including mornings and evenings

Desirable/Highly preferred but not required:
Certificate III in disability, community services or other health disciplines including those working towards a qualification in health.
Experience with personal care assistance.
COVID-19 Vaccination (Booster)
Flu Vaccination

Pay: $45.00 – $70.00 per hour
