Beyond Glass Cleaning is looking for experienced cleaners to join our growing team on a subcontractor basis.
We specialise in window cleaning, gutter cleaning and solar panel cleaning across Melbourne, with work primarily throughout the Eastern Suburbs, South East, Northern Suburbs and Mornington Peninsula.
Our business continues to grow quarter by quarter, and we're looking for reliable subcontractors who want versatile, ongoing work.
How it works
We pay 30–50% of the total quoted job price, depending on the job, experience and requirements.
This is job-based pay, not hourly pay. We want our cleaners to have the freedom to work efficiently and manage their own time. Whether you complete a job quickly or prefer to take your time, you're paid based on the job rather than the hours spent there.
We also understand everyone has different commitments, so we work around your schedule and availability wherever possible.
Work includes
Residential & commercial window cleaning
Interior and exterior glass cleaning
Gutter cleaning & downpipe clearing
Solar panel cleaning
Single and double-storey properties
Frames, tracks and sills
Ladder and height-access work
What we're looking for
We're after people with previous skilled cleaning experience, particularly window cleaning. You should be comfortable with ladders and working at heights, have an ABN, reliable transport, and be capable of working independently while maintaining a high standard.
Having your own skilled equipment is highly regarded.
