We are looking for someone keen, organised and eager to learn to support the owner across two cafés and a growing hiring platform.
Working directly alongside the owner, you’ll help with everything from hiring staff and communicating with teams to organising priorities, following up tasks and getting things done. You’ll learn how all three businesses run and become a trusted extra set of hands across the day-to-day operations.
You don’t need years of experience—initiative, reliability, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn matter most. This is a wide-ranging, hands-on role with plenty of room to grow.
