What You Will Do:
Manage the day-to-day progression of client matters and legal documents
Draft letters, court forms, subpoenas, and briefs with accuracy and care
Communicate empathetically and professionally with clients, medical professionals, insurers, counsel, and other third parties
Coordinate preparation for hearings, mediations, and conferences
Track important deadlines including court dates and limitation periods
Contribution to the promotion and development of existing and of new cases
Help improve internal templates, precedents, and workflows

What We Are Looking For:
Experience as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal, preferably in personal injury, litigation, or related areas
Strong writing skills and solid understanding of legal terminology and procedures relevant to the role
Above average communication and organisational skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
A positive,



proactive attitude with emotional intelligence and sound judgment
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
