Café Supervisor – Morning Glory Drive Thru, Fitzroy North

Morning Glory Drive Thru is looking for an experienced Café Supervisor to lead our team on the floor and help shape the next chapter of the café.

What we're offering:
30–38 hours per week, casual
Competitive hourly rate
Early starts, early finishes, with afternoons free

What you'll be responsible for:
Running day-to-day café operations
Leading and managing 1–2 staff per shift
All stock ordering and stock control
Making sure opening, closing and service procedures are followed

What you'll need:
Barista experience in a high-volume café
Previous supervisor or management experience
Your own transport, and the ability to start as early as 5am
