This is a temporary full-time position with potential to transition into a permanent role. Working alongside experienced HR leaders, you will handle key administrative and operational functions, helping maintain a positive culture and efficient HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will provide generalist support across the employee lifecycle and day-to-day HR operations:
HR Operations & Administration: Provide daily P&C; support, manage employment agreements, change of conditions, and maintain accurate employee records.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Support workforce planning by coordinating job postings, candidate screening, pre-employment checks, and onboarding current starters.
Systems & Reporting: Maintain and update HRIS records (EmploymentHero), run routine workforce metrics, and assist with reporting.
Cyclic Processes: Assist with company-wide HR cycles, including performance appraisals, training tracking, and annual review processes.
Policy & Compliance:



Assist staff and managers with basic policy queries and help update P&C; documentation to maintain regulatory compliance.
Learning & Development: Coordinate training initiatives, maintain the skills and training matrix, and support career development programs.
Culture & Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and champion safety and company values in daily work.

Experience & Skills:
Hands-on experience using HRIS platforms, with EmploymentHero experience highly regarded.
Strong understanding of standard HR administrative procedures, pre-employment checks, and onboarding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with robust attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and handle confidential information professionally.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
