What we’re looking for:
Previous experience as a CDP or strong Demi Chef ready to step up.
Solid understanding of Indian cuisine, flavours and cooking techniques.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume or premium dining environment.
Strong attention to detail, consistency and presentation.
Ability to manage a section independently and work effectively within a team.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic and passion for quality food.
