Crommelin is an Australian manufacturer of waterproofing membranes, concrete and stone sealers, paints and specialty coatings. Our products help protect and finish everything from homes to major construction projects.
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on person to join our manufacturing team. You’ll help make and pack Crommelin products by filling liquid coatings into buckets, preparing orders and keeping production moving. It’s active, quick-paced work that can get messy—but there’s real satisfaction in seeing a finished product ready to head out the door.
What you’ll be doing
Filling liquid products into buckets
Handling pails weighing up to 25 kg
Stacking pallets and preparing products for dispatch
Completing batch cards accurately
Keeping your work area clean, tidy and secure
About the role
$35 per hour
Casual position, approximately 38 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
Potential to move into a full-time role for the right candidate
You’ll be a great fit if you’re
Reliable, punctual and ready to pitch in
Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
Able to follow instructions and work safely at a steady pace
Confident with basic arithmetic and completing simple records
A team player who takes pride in doing a job well
Manufacturing experience is helpful, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic count for plenty.
