We are seeking a dedicated, commercially astute, and proactive Property Manager to join our VIC Residential Property Management team based at our St Kilda Road, Melbourne office – relocating to Melbourne CBD in early 2027.
Reporting directly to the State Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our VIC residential portfolio. In this role, you will champion customer service excellence for our rental providers and renters, coordinate end-to-end leasing activities, and actively drive portfolio growth in line with Properties Under Management targets.
Operating with autonomy and backed by established property management systems, you will build trusted relationships with asset owners, coordinate maintenance contractors, manage lease compliance, and maintain the long-term value and reputation of our residential communities.
