Join a Leading Perth Traffic Management Company

Our client is a leading Perth-based traffic management company, recognised for delivering protected, reliable, and efficient traffic management solutions across Western Australia. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Traffic Management Planner / Drafter to join their close-knit Planning Team.

This is a full-time chance for a motivated skilled who enjoys working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. You’ll work alongside an experienced team of planners, producing high-quality Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) that help keep Perth’s roads safe and projects running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare accurate and compliant Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) using RapidPlan software.

· Conduct risk assessments and develop appropriate traffic control measures.

· Liaise with clients, Main Roads WA, local councils, and other key stakeholders.

· Manage permit applications and approvals.





· Communicate completed traffic management plans to operational crews.

· Ensure all plans comply with AGTTM and Main Roads WA requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

· Current Advanced Worksite Traffic Management (AWTM) accreditation (essential).

· Current WA Driver’s Licence.

· White Card.

· Strong knowledge of the Australian Guide to Temporary Traffic Management (AGTTM) and Main Roads WA Code of Practice.

· Excellent communication and organisational skills.

· The ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.

· A positive, team-focused attitude with a commitment to road safety.

Experience using RapidPlan is highly regarded; however, training can be provided for the right candidate.
