We are looking for determined and passionate Cooks and Chefs of various levels to join our team at the Iris Hotel Group. Iris Hotel Group is looking to fill multiple positions available within our Hotels in in various locations of Sydney, including but not limited to Sydney CBD, Sydney East, West, Sydney South , Wisemans Ferry.

The right person for the role will be a driven individual that enjoys the rush of a busy service and is adept at managing every area of the kitchen. You will be part of an experienced kitchen team and will lead by example in this diverse role, executing a casual bistro menu.
This is an opportunity to join a culinary team who aspire for greatness in a casual environment. A team who work together to deliver exceptional quality across all facets of the bistro operation

• Previous chef/cook experience within a similar quick-paced environment
• The ability to run a smooth, organized service
• Team leadership skills
• Passionate about the end product
• Professional, polished appearance (for our open kitchen)
• A positive attitude
• Desire to succeed in your chosen career
• At least Certificate IV in Cookery + one year full-time experience or equivalent OR three years of experience.
• Salary range $79,500 to $90,000, depending on position and experience.
