This is one of Canberra's true institutions, widely regarded as some of the best Italian food in the city, now under the ownership of a growing Canberra hospitality group. We're looking for a Head Chef to take the reins of a kitchen with reliable legacy and carry that standard forward, while having the backing of a group that's expanding and genuinely invested in where this venue goes next.

This is a full time leadership role.

A chef with real command of Italian fine dining, someone who respects the craft and consistency that's made this venue what it is, while bringing their own standard of excellence to the pass. Robust leadership, the ability to run a kitchen with discipline and care, and the experience to manage a brigade through a demanding, high reputation service. A genuine passion for Italian cuisine is essential.

Running the kitchen day to day, honouring the menu and reputation this venue has built while having real input into its evolution. Working closely with ownership as part of a growing group, with the backing and resources that come with it.
