Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong Claims expertise to join a major transformation program leveraging AI and automation to modernise and enhance the end-to-end claims experience.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define Claims requirements and outcomes.
Analyse claims processes and identify opportunities for AI, automation, workflow solutions.
Translate business needs into user stories, requirements, process flows, acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
Facilitate workshops and collaborate with architects, developers, testers and AI/data teams.
Support solution design, integrations and delivery across multiple squads.
Identify risks, dependencies and ambiguity, driving effective stakeholder decisions.
Ensure solutions align with governance, risk, compliance and Responsible AI requirements.
Drive continuous improvement and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.

What You'll Bring




Experience as a Technical Business Analyst within technology transformation programs.
Proven Claims project experience, with a solid understanding of end-to-end claims processes.
Experience working across the interface between business and technology teams.
Solid capability in requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation.
Experience developing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, business rules and test scenarios.
Experience working with workflow, automation, integrations and enterprise technology platforms.
Exposure to AI-enabled solutions, machine learning or AI-driven process automation is highly desirable.
