The Assistant Venue Manager will report to and receive support from the Venue Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer experience and driving venue success across our state-of-the-art facility.
Key responsibilities
Ensure a high standard of customer experience and drive venue success
Host events held at the venue including birthdays, corporate functions and bucks/hens events
Liaise with the Venue Manager in regard to upcoming functions
Understand and maintain golf simulators and/or mini golf course
Assist with managing stock levels, ordering, and stocktaking on a regular basis
Assist with maintaining the Point of Sale (POS) system and ensure accuracy of data entry
About you
A minimum of one (1) year of hospitality experience, preferably in a management capacity
Flexibility across seven operating days - including nights and weekends
Current RSA certificate
Proven leadership skills, or the ability to lead a team and set priorities
Basic computer, technology, and word processing skills
Permanent residency or Australian Citizenship
