We are seeking experienced forklift drivers to join our teams in Mildura VIC 3500, Fisherman’s Reach NSW 2441, Atherton QLD 4883, Childers QLD 4660 and Walkamin QLD 4872.
Your Role
As a Forklift Driver, you will load and unload produce, transport stock to and from the packhouse, and ensure all forklift operations are completed safely and efficiently. During harvest, you will support the movement of incoming and outgoing produce. In the off-season, you will assist with general farm operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operate forklifts safely within the packing shed and farm environment.
Load and unload produce and materials for distribution.
Transport stock efficiently between storage areas.
Ensure produce is stored, secured and handled with care.
Maintain accurate forklift operation records and documentation.
Follow traffic management procedures and workplace safety requirements.
Complete routine forklift checks and keep equipment and work areas clean.
Skills and Experience
Qualifications
Current LF forklift licence or equivalent.
Certificate II or III in a relevant field is desirable.
Experience
At least two years’ experience in a similar role is preferred.
Solid understanding of traffic management and compliance requirements.
Technical and Workplace Skills
Accurate record-keeping and strong attention to detail.
Commitment to workplace health and safety requirements.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting.
Salary and Benefits
Annual salary of $65,000–$75,000 plus superannuation.
