This is an exciting chance to join the dynamic team at Beautopia Hair and Beauty Pty Ltd as an Operations Manager. We are a wholesaler/retailer of all things hair & beauty and are seeking a talented operations manager to join our team
In this full-time role, you will be based at our Lane Cove West, NSW location ( with travel to stores ) and play a vital role in overseeing the efficient and effective operations of our growing business.
As part of this position you will be allocated stores which you will help manage and oversee all day-to-day operations building strong relationships with store managers and resolving issues.
These day to day operations include staffing, stock ordering and control and working with the teams to ensure that targets are reached and core brands promoted. Role offers variety and exposure to a broad platform of tasks and assignments
Some of your allocated stores will require interstate travel and others will be local.
We are seeking someone with hands on experience (5+ years) in an operations management role,
preferably within a retail or wholesale product distribution area.
You will need to demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong people management skills together with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
This is a agile hands on role which requires store visits but also ad hoc admin duties when working out of Lane Cove Head Office.
