Role Description

We have a full-time plus a part-time casual role for two Retail Sales Consultants working in a hybrid capacity, located in Sydney, NSW. The successful candidates will be responsible for day-to-day retail sales tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. You must be a career fashion retailer, eager to thrive in Australia’s premier fashion boutique.

Your key responsibilities will be:
Drive in boutique sales and deliver exceptional client service through personalised styling and relationship management
Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets
Develop, nurture and grow long term client relationships whilst identifying recent business opportunities
Operate the Point of Sale system accurately and efficiently
Complete End of Day procedures and CRM reporting
Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, presentation and customer service throughout the boutique




Manage stock organisation, storage, incoming deliveries, transfers and dispatches
Support the day to day operations of the boutique, ensuring a seamless client experience at all times

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years retail fashion experience, preferably within luxury fashion and/or multi brand retail
Thorough knowledge of luxury fashion, market trends, and the international and local brands represented at Parlour X
Strong styling ability with an understanding of fit, proportion, body shapes, and personalised client service
Visual merchandising experience with a strong eye for presentation and detail
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues
Highly organised, with solid time management skills and the ability to multitask in a rapid paced environment
Collaborative team player with a proactive and professional approach
Immaculate personal presentation, grooming, and a strong sense of personal style aligned with the luxury fashion industry
