Requirements for this role:
Burleigh Beach Tower is looking for a reliable, diligent and active person for the role of casual Maintenance/Grounds Person 5 days per week - Monday to Friday, 6.30am - 12.00pm plus be available weekends if needed to cover extra shifts and to cover annual leave and sick leave if required.
Role includes Pool/Spa cleaning & maintenance, lawn mowing, gardening, cleaning of common areas, attending to apartment maintenance requirements, etc.
Would suit a person looking for part time work in a fabulous location with a fun team. Must have the ability to work unsupervised, take pride in your work, have attention to detail and be proactive. Generous hourly rate plus Super.
This is an active role so a level of fitness is required.
