Having recently implemented Kronos, the business is looking for a specialist to review the current workplace, identify improvement prospects, optimise system configurations, and establish robust processes, documentation and training frameworks to support long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Review and optimise Kronos system configurations
Investigate and resolve system and process issues
Improve award, overtime and payroll-related rule configurations
Develop documentation, process maps and user guides
Create training materials and support capability uplift across the business
Partner with HR, Payroll and Operational stakeholders to drive best practice
Ensure system integrity and compliance requirements are met
About You
Proven experience with Kronos / UKG systems
Strong HRIS, Systems or Time & Attendance background
Experience troubleshooting and optimising system configurations
Understanding of awards,
payroll processes and compliance requirements
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience delivering process improvement or systems projects
