About the Business

West Coast Lawns & Garden Maintenance provides commercial lawn mowing and garden maintenance to property managers and businesses across Perth. We've built a solid reputation for reliable, quality work, and we're growing quick. Due to a strong run of new work, we need an experienced gardener to join our crew, starting immediately.

About the Role

● Full-time, Monday to Friday, early starts around 6:30am

● Casual to start, with a genuine opportunity to move to full-time for the right person

● $32.50-$40 per hour, plus superannuation - depending on experience

● Based out of Bibra Lake, servicing commercial and strata properties right across Perth

Key Responsibilities

● Mowing, edging and whipper snipping

● Hedging, trimming and general garden maintenance

● Weeding and weed spraying

● Blowing down and site clean up





● Reticulation testing and basic repairs

● Mulching and garden bed upkeep

● Representing West Coast Lawns professionally while out on client sites

Skills & Experience

● Previous experience in gardening, landscaping or lawn maintenance

● Reticulation experience highly regarded, but not essential

● Current manual driver's licence, essential

● Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a small team

● Physically fit and happy working outdoors in all weather

● Positive attitude and pride in doing the job properly
