Your Role:
Build robust B2B relationships to source new clients for recruitment and migration services.
Have an extensive Blue-Collar network of small and large potential clients
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Develop a candidate pool for key positions, with a focus on international talent.
Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Seek, and Indeed for candidate and client sourcing.
Maintain records.
Contribute to talent acquisition strategies and improvements.
Prepare monthly talent acquisition reports.

What You Need:
Experience in blue-collar industry recruitment.
Understanding of the Temporary Skilled Shortage (TSS) SC482 visa requirements




Creative sourcing skills and a proactive approach.
Positive attitude and solid work ethics.
Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Computer proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
