The workshop is cranking in the mad rush heading into Christmas and the Recent Year, and CrewSELECT is looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Welder or Welder with strong thin gauge metal experience to jump in and help the team deliver a growing pipeline of architectural projects.

This is not heavy structural fabrication. We’re looking for someone who can produce clean, accurate and high-quality welds on thinner materials, where presentation and finish matter.

WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON
Architectural balustrades and handrail systems
Custom screens, battens and façade elements
Aluminium window hoods and sun screens
Architectural fencing, pool fencing and gates
Pergolas, trellis framing and bespoke metalwork

THE ROLE
Welding and fabrication of thin gauge architectural metalwork
Work with aluminium, stainless steel and other project-specific materials
Read drawings and fabricate components accurately to specification
Produce clean, high-quality welds suitable for premium architectural finishes




Work with the fabrication team to meet project deadlines and quality standards

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Sheet Metal Welder or experienced Welder/Fabricator
Robust thin gauge metal welding experience is essential
Experience with architectural or high-finish fabrication highly regarded
Strong attention to detail and pride in the finished product
Able to work independently while contributing to a busy workshop team
