Aspire4Life is seeking experienced Clinical Assessment Delegates to join our aged care assessment team in Australia. You will apply clinical expertise and delegated authority to conduct needs assessments, determine eligibility for services, and develop and update support plans.

You will manage your own caseload with versatile, hybrid work arrangements and robust organisational support. Registrations with AHPRA and My Aged Care credentials are required.
