Tenterfield Shire Council is seeking a dedicated land and property adviser reporting to the Director of Corporate Services. This standalone role covers leases and licences, land sales, plans of management, and Crown Land management, with growth potential to Native Title.

You will negotiate lease renewals, review titles and plans, coordinate valuers and surveyors, and keep land and GIS registers up to date, contributing to a agile property portfolio across the council.
