YFS in Jimboomba and the Scenic Rim is seeking a Local Link Advocate to connect health and DFV services, provide education, consultation, and capacity-building for professionals.

You will work with GPs and community partners to strengthen referrals, develop Local Link service models, and support victim-survivors with trauma-informed care and safety planning.

This permanent, part time role offers a versatile schedule and a chance to drive meaningful change across the region.
