As we continue to grow across Perth's northern suburbs, we're looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our supportive team on a full-time or part-time basis (minimum 4 days) predominately in Bayswater, Alexander Heights and surrounds

What You’ll Do
Deliver evidence-based OT services to NDIS participants
Complete assessments and develop therapy plans
Support clients in homes, schools, and community settings
Write high-quality NDIS reports
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams

About You
AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist
Ideally 6+ months post-registration experience
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Current NDIS Worker Screening and WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
Passionate about helping people achieve meaningful outcomes
