Having structured, empathetic conversations about financial situations
Negotiating and setting up sustainable repayment plans
Monitoring and managing accounts to ensure ongoing commitments are met
Managing your own daily schedule while working autonomously in the field
Interstate travel required approximately once per month

What We’re Looking For
Strong people skills – able to build trust quickly

Confident handling difficult or sensitive conversations
