We’re looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join our Group Risk & Compliance team.
In this role, you’ll play an significant part in the operational oversight of regulatory compliance across Cuscal, with a focus on regulatory obligation management, compliance assurance, regulatory change and financial product compliance.
You’ll also make an impact by:
Supporting the ongoing management of Cuscal’s compliance framework and risk and compliance system
Maintaining key compliance registers, monitoring plans, training plans and consolidated compliance reporting
Developing and reviewing compliance policies, standards and guidance
Performing compliance reviews and control assurance activities to assess adherence to key regulatory obligations
Proactively monitoring emerging regulatory and legislative change, assessing potential impacts and recommending appropriate actions
Providing stakeholders with updates and guidance on regulatory developments across APRA, ASIC, AUSTRAC, OAIC and DIA requirements
Supporting regulatory certifications, reporting and engagement
Overseeing the risk and compliance training calendar and contributing to the design of compliance training programs
Supporting audit activities and responses to external information requests
Providing regular and ad hoc compliance reporting and analysis to management.
