HR Officer | Part time 3-Month Contract

Are you an organised and detail-oriented HR qualified looking for a flexible part-time chance? We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join a busy team on a 3-month temporary assignment, working 24 hours per week across any three days between Monday and Thursday.
This role will support a range of core HR functions, ensuring employee records, compliance processes, and reporting requirements are maintained accurately and efficiently.
Your recent role
As the HR Officer, you will provide administrative and operational HR support across a variety of activities, including:
Coordinating and booking employee training programs
Maintaining training attendance records and compliance checklists
Supporting policy administration and document management
Monitoring and maintaining employee licence and qualification records
Preparing and analysing HR reports and workforce data
Assisting with long service leave reporting and tracking
Supporting HR compliance activities and employee records management
Reviewing and updating HR policies, procedures and documentation

What you'll need to succeed




Previous experience in an HR Officer, HR Administrator or similar role
Sound understanding of general HR principles and practices
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Experience maintaining employee records and compliance documentation
Ability to analyse HR data and prepare reports
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
