A well-established national retailer with a broad network of locations across Australia, is seeking an accounts receivable administrator to provide support to their credit manager and accounts receivable team. This is a full-time temporary position based in their Rochedale office, with the potential to go permanent for the right person.
Your new role
Reporting to the credit manager, key responsibilities will include:
Daily management of the accounts receivable inbox and actioning of all emails in a timely manner.
Assist finance with banking reconciliations and queries.
Maintain customer accounts in line with policy and approvals.
Deliver exceptional customer service and provide support across multiple internal teams, retail locations, franchise operations, and sales functions.
