Our client, a well-established supplier within the trade sector, is seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Representative to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to build a long-term career with a reputable organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
Process customer orders and respond to product, pricing and stock enquiries
Follow-up sales and technical enquiries to maximise customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
Liaise with internal sales and account management teams regarding pricing, discounts and customer requirements
Maintain showroom displays and ensure products are presented professionally
Assist with stock control and general showroom upkeep
Coordinate customer communications and provide timely updates
Support a safe and professional working setting
Attend training sessions and product knowledge workshops as required

About You
Previous experience in customer service, administration, retail,



reception or internal sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Professional presentation and a customer-first approach
Experience within the industrial, construction, manufacturing or trade sectors will be highly regarded
