What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating service bookings and technician schedules
Managing customer enquiries and service requests
Liaising with technicians, customers, and internal departments
Monitoring job progress and ensuring timely completion
Assisting with quoting, invoicing, and service documentation
Managing service records and maintaining accurate system data
Prioritising urgent breakdowns and responding to customer needs




Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the service team

What We're Looking For
Experience in Service Coordination, Scheduling, or Customer Service
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
Experience working in a technical, industrial, manufacturing, trades, or service-based environment is highly regarded
Proficiency across Microsoft Office and service management systems
