Due to continued growth, an chance has arisen for a skilled Accountant to join their finance team.
Your new role
Reporting to the CFO, you will play a key role in the day-to-day financial operations of the business while contributing to accurate reporting, compliance and process improvements. This position will suit a commercially minded accountant who enjoys working in a dynamic, high-volume setting and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.
Preparation of month-end journals, balance sheet reconciliations and management reports
Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements
Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management processes
Analyse financial performance and provide meaningful commentary and recommendations
Maintain fixed asset registers and assist with capital expenditure tracking




Preparation and lodgement support for BAS, payroll tax and other statutory obligations
Assist with year-end audit requirements and liaison with external auditors

What you'll need to succeed
Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce or Finance
Previous experience in a Financial Accountant or Management Accountant position
Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations and compliance requirements
Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with ERP/accounting systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage non-financial stakeholders
