Your new role
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the organisation across a broad range of HR activities. This is a true generalist position, offering variety and the prospect to contribute to a people-focused environment during an exciting period of growth and change.Your responsibilities will include:
Providing advice and support to managers and employees on HR matters
Managing employee lifecycle activities including onboarding and offboarding
Assisting with recruitment and workforce planning initiatives
Supporting performance management and employee relations processes
Maintaining employee records and HR systems
Coordinating learning and development activities
Assisting with policy development and compliance requirements




Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a HR Generalist, HR Advisor or People & Culture role
Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
The ability to build effective working relationships across all levels
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience working within a highly regulated environment will be highly regarded
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
