Key Responsibilities
End-to-end accounts payable processing
High-volume invoice matching, coding and data entry
Supplier statement reconciliations
Managing supplier enquiries and resolving invoice discrepancies
Processing payment runs
Maintaining accurate vendor records
Assisting with month-end reporting and finance administration
Working closely with operational and warehouse teams
About You
Previous experience in an Accounts Payable position
Robust attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with ERP systems is highly regarded
Exposure to a high-volume environment within logistics, transport, warehousing or distribution will be advantageous
