Your current role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of store performance, including sales, client development, team leadership, and operational management. You will create an exceptional in-store experience while building a high-performing and engaged team.
Driving sales performance and achieving store profitability targets
Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing retail team
Building and growing a loyal client portfolio
Managing recruitment, succession planning, and employee engagement
Ensuring exceptional customer service and luxury client experiences
Overseeing store operations, compliance, and inventory management




Analysing business performance and implementing action plans to drive growth

What you'll need to succeed
Previous leadership experience within luxury retail or premium retail
Solid sales and commercial acumen
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
Experience managing store operations and profitability
Exceptional stakeholder management and customer service skills
Ability to work flexibly across weekends, evenings, and peak retail periods
