Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll function for approximately 200 employees while supporting the broader finance team across accounts payable and receivable.Key responsibilities include:
Processing weekly and fortnightly payroll for approximately 200 employees
Ensuring payroll compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and superannuation requirements
Managing payroll queries and employee records
Processing time sheets, leave, and payroll adjustments
End-to-end accounts payable processing
Accounts receivable and debtor management
Bank and account reconciliations
Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting month-end processes
Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience processing end-to-end payroll for 150+ employees
Solid knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements
Accounts payable and receivable experience
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Experience using payroll and ERP systems
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
