Your new role
As a key member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to customers while coordinating orders and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and transport providers to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
Processing customer orders, amendments, and requests
Coordinating dispatch documentation and transport paperwork
Liaising with transport providers to support timely deliveries
Maintaining accurate customer records and system data
Supporting credit request processing
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships




Contributing to a collaborative and safety-focused team environment

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a customer service or administration role
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Experience using SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems will be highly regarded
