This role is ideal for a Business Analyst who can comfortably operate across both business and BI domains, translating complex requirements into actionable data and reporting solutions.
Your recent role
Key responsibilities will include:
Engaging with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document requirements
Translating business needs into data, reporting and BI solutions
Working closely with technical teams to support the delivery of up-to-date data platform initiatives
Facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder relationships across multiple business units
Supporting data integration activities, including file transfer processes and data flows
Identifying opportunities for business process improvement through data-driven insights
Contributing to Agile ceremonies and supporting end-to-end project delivery

What you'll need to succeed




Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex transformation environments
Robust stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills
Experience working with Power BI for reporting, dashboards and analytics
Exposure to Databricks, data lakes and modern data platforms
Understanding of data integration, data movement and file transfer processes
Ability to translate business requirements into effective BI and data outcomes
Experience working within Agile delivery teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

Desirable Experience
Experience supporting enterprise data, reporting or analytics initiatives
Exposure to large-scale data modernisation or platform uplift programs
Knowledge of data governance and data quality practices
