Capalaba Sports Club is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in a full time capacity. This leadership role supports the Head Chef, maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety in a busy 250-seat venue.

You will lead a dedicated kitchen team, manage stock, costing and menu planning, and ensure smooth service across all sections, including grill, pans and larder, while fostering a supportive team culture.
