About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and passionate individual who wants to kickstart their career in real estate — someone genuinely interested in property, investments, and long-term growth .

As a Trainee & Research Associate , you’ll work closely with senior Buyer’s Agents, assisting with market research, property sourcing, due diligence, and client reports. The role offers a transparent growth pathway to becoming a fully licensed Buyer’s Agent within 12 months .

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct suburb-level and property-level research using online tools and data sources
Assist in identifying investment-grade properties aligned with client goals
Prepare research reports, feasibility analyses, and property comparisons
Support the acquisition process, including liaising with agents and property managers
Maintain and update internal property databases
Learn and apply property investment fundamentals, negotiation, and buyer advocacy skills





What We’re Looking For:
Strong passion for real estate and property investment
Analytical mindset with good attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Willingness to learn and grow within the business
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven setting
Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems
A real estate license (or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months)
