Geraldton Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (GRAMS) in Carnarvon is seeking an Aboriginal Liaison & Outreach Officer to support Aboriginal clients to access culturally protected healthcare. You will coordinate appointments and referrals, advocate for patients, and build partnerships with communities and health providers.

The role focuses on compassionate, culturally appropriate care, working within a multidisciplinary team to improve health outcomes across the Gascoyne region.
