What You’ll Be Doing
Completing property inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections, and producing reports
Coordinating maintenance and repairs, insurance claims
Processing invoices for payment
Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors

What We’re Looking For
Current real estate qualification
Current QLD Drivers License and own reliable car
Reliable, organised, and proactive team player
A forward thinker with a ‘can do’ attitude and an ability to problem solve
Able to take direction and work independently




Solid attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills both verbally and written
Customer-first approach, with focuses on delivering quality service to all clients and tenants
