We’re currently looking for a polished, people-first Receptionist (Casual) to join our front-of-house team. This is more than a front desk role—it's an opportunity to shape memorable first impressions while supporting the ongoing OEM training coordination.

The Role /n

As the face of Westside BMW, you’ll create a warm, skilled and effortless experience for every guest, every time. Alongside reception duties, you’ll play a key role in coordinating training that supports our people to perform at their best.

Delivering a welcoming, attentive and memorable arrival experience for our clients

/n

Managing reception operations, including calls, emails and guest enquiries

/n

Coordinating and scheduling OEM training programs

/n

Supporting administrative processes with efficiency and attention to detail

/n

Building robust relationships with internal teams and external training partners





About You /n

You’re organised, energetic and naturally service driven. You anticipate needs, stay one step ahead, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people.

/n

Experience in a reception, front-of-house or administrative role

/n

Exceptional communication skills and a warm, skilled presence

/n

Solid organisational skills with the ability to multitask with ease

/n

A proactive mindset and high attention to detail

/n

Confidence using Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
